The World That We Want

Inspired by the book "The World That We Want" by Kim Michele Toft and their recent beach cleaning excursion, children from Mackay Kindergarten and Preschool made some very interesting creations using some of the items they found on the beach.

They would like people to come and see how recycled pieces can be transformed into colourful artworks.

Other individual artworks will also be included in the exhibition, such as 'Life In A Rotten Log'

Mackay Regional Botanic Gardens Lagoons Gallery is open Wednesday to Friday 10 am - 3pm and Weekends from 9am - 4pm
