Wedding/Naming Ceremony

  • Hire of ceremony area with signage - $200.00 (Refundable bond $200.00)
  • Cleaning charges per hour - $45.00

Education & Tours

  • Commercial Event with admission fee being charged to the public (per day) - $3,000.00 (Refundable bond $3,000.00)
  • Commercial Event with NO admission fee being charged (per day) - $1,500.00 (Refundable bond $1,500.00)
  • Cleaning Charges per hour - $45.00
  • Staff on site for event - $50.00

Meadowlands Amphitheatre

  • Commercial event with an admission fee being charged to the public and a commercial liquor licence (event not to exceed 6 hours) - $5,000.00 (Refundable bond $3,000.00)
  • Commercial event with NO admission fee being charged to the public and a commercial liquor licence (event not to exceed 6 hours) - $4,000.00 (Refundable bond $3,000.00)
  • Commercial event with an admission fee being charged to the public and no commercial liquor licence - $3,000.00 (Refundable bond $3,000.00)
  • Commercial event with NO admission fee being charged to the public and no commercial liquor licence - $2,000.00 (Refundable bond $2,000.00)
  • Community event with an admission fee being charged to the public, with or without alcohol consumption (Event not to exceed 6 hours)
